Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern every order placed on solarkit.be. Placing an order implies their unreserved acceptance.

2. Prices

Prices are in euro, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

3. Order and payment

The order is registered as soon as it is confirmed online. Payment is exclusively by bank transfer, quoting the structured reference provided. The order is processed only after the payment has been received and manually validated by a staff member.

Failing payment within 14 days, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released.

4. Delivery

Announced lead times run from payment validation and are indicative. A delay does not give rise to compensation.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without reason. Products must be returned complete, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Warranty

Products carry the two-year legal conformity warranty as well as the manufacturer warranties stated on each product page.

7. Installation

Connecting a fixed installation to the grid must be done by a qualified professional and declared to the grid operator. SolarKit is not liable for a non-compliant installation.

8. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Only the courts of the district of the registered office have jurisdiction.
